About Me

My name is Megan. I am a 20-something mother of two beautiful little boys and wife to the most amazing man ever. I work part-time doing reception and medical billing at a chiropractic office. I love baking and I do it more than my hips appreciate. I love the color green. I also love sewing and trying to make something fun out of hopeless scraps. I love IHOP onion rings, bowling, and penguins.


If you are an author or publisher, I'd be happy to read and review your fiction for you. The guidelines of books that I will accept are:

• I will not accept any erotic or LGBT books.
• I will not accept books with exessive sex or swearing.

I love to read Young Adult and Middle Grade fiction. I like fantasy, paranormal romance, urban fantasy, historical fiction, mystery, etc.. I will accept most teen fiction, as long as it is within my guidelines.

My blog recieves 500+ views a month, and I post 2-3 times a week. I give honest reviews of the books that I read.

I enjoy reading a great deal. I love getting to know the characters and often times when I finish a book I feel like I am losing good friends. I love the feel of a book in my hands, the smell of the books on my shelves, the weight of a book in my purse. I never leave home without a book... or two. People find it strange, but for me, forgetting a book is like forgetting my child. Or my elderly grandmother. Or... my keys. Keys = not as catastrophic as the child, obviously, but some books left behind aren't as devastating. I don't know how else to explain my deep love for reading--suffice it to say, I do love it very much. I would be lost without my books.
